Pool prices We have reluctantly had to increase our charges to £4.00 for members and £5.00 for non-members, from 6 September. We have kept our prices at their previous level for more than 10 years now and cannot absorb any more hire cost increases.

Waterways and Environment

Be aware...

September is Autumn! It can be pretty cool in windy conditions so please ensure you have enough clothing to keep you warm and carry safety gear as well as food / drink. You might still need sun cream as well! Be careful out there...

After last year's flooding many local rivers have changed. Many have debris and other items in them and may have changed their course in places.
The water in the rivers might be contaminated. Please be careful to take precautions with hygiene.
Please check websites / facebook groups for information before paddling!

Our friends at the West Cumbria Rivers Trust have sent us a copy of their latest newsletter - see what has been happening on and in our local rivers in the last few months! Download it here: WCRT News Winter 2015
