and wash your gear, follow the manufacturer's instructions.

all your gear - some species can live for a long time in damp conditions
There's more:
Seal launching erodes river banks, allowing sediments to be washed downstream. So don't seal launch!
Share transport when possible.
Minimise your own plastic use, buy products that have minimised plastic use.
Take away rubbish.

Which species are the locally problematical INNS? Consider finding out about the activities of your local Rivers Trust and helping with activities such as litter clean-ups.
Better still, organise a beach or river clean yourself!
Get involved with conservation groups and help restore upland areas of forestry or peat bog! Find out why these things matter...
